The pages comply with the requirements to adapt to the Double-A level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 by the W3C, including all the verification checkpoints in Priority 1 and Priority 2 established in the Guidelines. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 explain how to make web content accessible to disabled people, in order to guarantee that most of the users will be able to gain access to the information that is published.
